The Pine Grove Mills Farmers Market is located in the St Paul Lutheran Church parking lot at 277 West Pine Grove Road on the west end of Pine Grove Mills Pa. The market begins on Thursday June 6, 2024 from 3 to 7 pm and is open every Thursday until September 26st. This is a seventh year for the market. The market is managed by our market manager with the help of community volunteers under the direction of a market steering committee.

To foster a producer focused farmers market located in Pine Grove Mills that will provide access to fresh, healthy foods, support growers and producers and serve as a community gathering place.

Weather

The Pine Grove Mills Farmer Market is held rain or shine. In the event of dangerous inclement weather such as high wind or lightning we will ask the vendors to come to a consensus as to whether we shut down operations.

Parking

Parking is available in the church parking lot and at the Ferguson Township Elementary School. In the event that the church parking lot fills up, you will be directed to park at the Elementary School which is just a short walking distance to the market.

Market Bell

The market opens at 3 pm with the ringing of a market bell. This signals the vendors that they can start selling their products and the consumers that they can start to buy.

-Yes, our market offers SNAP users a way to use their SNAP Benefits at the market. You must visit the market tent at the main entrance of the market, where our manager will swipe your EBT card and give you market tokens that can be used as payment at individual vendor booths.
In addition to SNAP the market also participates in The Food Bucks Program. For every $5 you spend in SNAP you are given an additional $2 voucher to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables.
What forms of payment are accepted at the market?
– Each vendor has their own standards regarding payment. Most vendors accept cash, cards and SNAP tokens. Some vendors also accept Apply Pay, Venmo, FMNP dollars and personal checks.
